except the second Tuesday in the month.
Friday: 11:30 – 14:00
except during traditional holiday periods eg Easter and Christmas, and also for a summer break during August, please watch for local advertising.
The food is prepared and the cafe run by unpaid volunteers and all the net proceeds, including ‘tips’, are used to maintain the library operations and building.
We are always interested in hearing from people who would like to support the cafe through baking, help setting up/clearing away or volunteering to work in the cafe.
The Sweet Memories cafe is suitable for people with memory loss and their carers. We usually have some form of entertainment and serve a light lunch for £5. Occasionally we go out on trips instead.
Second Tuesday each month: 10:30 – 12:30

We are able to fund transport by arrangement.
